Nanofate!!..-ish...
I think I wanted to focus on the differences/contrasts, but it didn't work out really well, cos I decided I wanted to do that after I finished the lineart. -.-
At first it was just supposed to be looking up / looking down, then I added light / dark; FIERCE BADASS WOLF / cutesy gay ferret huhwhat; twisting evil branches of doom / flowers and butterflies. Blah.
Oh yeah and sorry I made Bardiche huge.
Actually it was intentional, Fate has a reputation to uphold 8D

The use of light is well done, as Rixec said... not quite Chiaroscuro, but still quite striking.
But, they do look remarkably, uh... male. Though I've seen that image too, they're usually, uh, curvier than that.
